{"id":5797,"date":"2014-12-10T16:58:30","date_gmt":"2014-12-10T15:58:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.grandesterresbio.com\/?p=5797"},"modified":"2015-03-18T14:06:05","modified_gmt":"2015-03-18T13:06:05","slug":"agriculture-bio-on-sattend-a-de-nombreuses-conversions","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/claire-jannot.com\/?p=5797","title":{"rendered":"Agriculture bio : On s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 de nombreuses conversions"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Tous les ingr\u00e9dients sont r\u00e9unis pour encourager les c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers \u00e0 se mettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;agriculture biologique, estime Etienne Gangneron, pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;Agence bio qui dit \u00ab\u00a0s&rsquo;attendre \u00e0 des conversions importantes\u00a0\u00bb dans les mois qui viennent.<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.grandesterresbio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/800px-Kartoffelanbau_acker.jpg\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft wp-image-5798 \" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.grandesterresbio.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/800px-Kartoffelanbau_acker.jpg?resize=310%2C212\" alt=\"champ-www.grandesterresbio.com\" width=\"310\" height=\"212\" srcset=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/claire-jannot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/800px-Kartoffelanbau_acker.jpg?w=738&amp;ssl=1 738w, https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/claire-jannot.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/800px-Kartoffelanbau_acker.jpg?resize=300%2C204&amp;ssl=1 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 310px) 100vw, 310px\" \/><\/a>Il cite d&rsquo;abord le plan <strong>\u00ab\u00a0Ambition bio 2017\u00a0\u00bb<\/strong> du gouvernement qui a dop\u00e9 l&rsquo;aide \u00e0 la conversion des grandes cultures, l&rsquo;augmentant de <strong>200 \u00e0 300 euros<\/strong> l&rsquo;hectare et le surtout les prix des <strong>\u00ab\u00a0c\u00e9r\u00e9ales en bio (qui) n&rsquo;ont pas fl\u00e9chi depuis sept \u00e0 huit ans\u00a0\u00bb.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00ab\u00a0Une tr\u00e8s grande r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 qui interpelle les producteurs\u00a0\u00bb alors que les cours des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales conventionnelles ont nettement fl\u00e9chi en 2014, a relev\u00e9 mardi le pr\u00e9sident de l&rsquo;<strong>Agence bio<\/strong> lors d&rsquo;une conf\u00e9rence de presse.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">\u00ab\u00a0On s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 des conversions importantes\u00a0\u00bb, a-t-il affirm\u00e9 sans pouvoir pr\u00e9ciser le revenu moyen des c\u00e9r\u00e9aliers bios.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>Les conversions en \u00e9levage et mara\u00eechage semblent \u00e9galement bien orient\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la demande croissante de la restauration collective<\/strong>, selon lui.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La France ne produit pas assez de produits issus de l&rsquo;agriculture biologique pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande et conna\u00eet un r\u00e9el d\u00e9ficit dans la production de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales biologiques ce qui la contraint \u00e0 importer pour assurer les besoins notamment en alimentation animale.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">Elle compte actuellement <strong>26.000 producteurs en bio sur plus d&rsquo;un million d&rsquo;hectares.\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Or, \u00ab\u00a0il semble qu&rsquo;Italie et Allemagne soient sur des tendances baissi\u00e8res, ce qui fait que <strong>la<\/strong> <strong>France pourrait devenir le deuxi\u00e8me producteur bio d&rsquo;Europe<\/strong> derri\u00e8re l&rsquo;Espagne\u00a0\u00bb, a ajout\u00e9 Etienne Gangneron.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">En 2013 les <strong>ventes de produits certifi\u00e9s ont progress\u00e9 de pr\u00e8s de 10%<\/strong> et le march\u00e9 a d\u00e9pass\u00e9 les 4,5 milliards d&rsquo;euros mais les surfaces cultiv\u00e9es en bio repr\u00e9sentaient encore moins de 4% de la surface agricole utile (SAU).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #000000;\">De plus, l&rsquo;Agence bio notait en mai, lors de la pr\u00e9sentation de ces chiffres, que les conversions en bio tendaient \u00e0 reculer par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente, de 20 \u00e0 40% environ selon le type de culture.
