L&rsquo;odeur de ce v\u00e9g\u00e9tal\u00a0est souvent f\u00e9tide, ce qui d\u00e9pla\u00eet \u00e0 certaines personnes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Quelques mots d\u2019histoire :\u00a0Depuis fort longtemps, <strong>la coriandre pousse \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9tat sauvage au Proche-Orient et dans le Sud de l&rsquo;Europe.<\/strong> On en a retrouv\u00e9 la trace,\u00a0en tant qu\u2019esp\u00e8ce\u00a0consomm\u00e9e, <strong>6 000 ans av. J.\u2011C.<\/strong> Les Grecs l\u2019ont aussi utilis\u00e9e pour la confection d&rsquo;onguents et de produits aromatiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;usage des\u00a0temples.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Propri\u00e9t\u00e9s culinaires :\u00a0Les feuilles de la coriandre, d\u2019un go\u00fbt prononc\u00e9 et d\u00e9licieux, sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement <strong>utilis\u00e9es fra\u00eeches en accompagnement ou comme\u00a0condiment.<\/strong> Les fruits s\u00e9ch\u00e9s, souvent confondus avec des graines, sont par ailleurs utilis\u00e9s comme \u00e9pice.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Sant\u00e9 :\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La coriandre est surtout connue pour ses <strong>propri\u00e9t\u00e9s digestives et carminatives <\/strong>( lutte contre les gaz intestinaux )<strong> .<\/strong> Ce sont principalement ses fruits entiers et son huile essentielle\u00a0qui\u00a0sont utilis\u00e9s. Cette esp\u00e8ce entre couramment dans la composition des tisanes <strong>facilitant la digestion.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Exigences :\u00a0Ce v\u00e9g\u00e9tal appr\u00e9cie les terres\u00a0meubles, fertiles et bien drain\u00e9es. Il lui faut une exposition bien ensoleill\u00e9e. Avant sa mise en place, m\u00e9langez\u00a0un peu de compost\u00a0au sol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Semis et travaux d\u2019entretien :\u00a0\u00c9claircissez votre culture tous les 20 cm, quelques semaines apr\u00e8s la lev\u00e9e. Veillez \u00e0 maintenir le sol humide par des\u00a0arrosages r\u00e9guliers. Quelques pincements pratiqu\u00e9s sur la tige principale permettront \u00e0 votre culture de <strong>s\u2019\u00e9toffer.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">R\u00e9colte et conservation :\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Le feuillage de la coriandre se cueille au fur et \u00e0 mesure des besoins, un mois et demi apr\u00e8s le semis. Les graines, quant \u00e0 elles,\u00a0se r\u00e9coltent lorsqu\u2019elles commencent \u00e0 se d\u00e9tacher seules. Coupez alors les tiges et suspendez-les, la t\u00eate en bas, au-dessus d\u2019un journal. <strong>Les feuilles se\u00a0cong\u00e8lent et cisel\u00e9es dans des bacs \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons, ou enti\u00e8res dans des sacs en plastique.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Astuce culturale :\u00a0R\u00e9alisez des semis \u00e9chelonn\u00e9s toutes les 6 \u00e0 8 semaines, \u00e0 partir de mars et jusqu\u2019en septembre.<\/span><\/p>\n<h6><span style=\"color: #000000;\">Source :\u00a0Futura-Sciences.
