Laissez infuser une dizaine de minutes. Puis d\u00e9gustez apr\u00e8s chaque repas. Un conseil n\u00e9anmoins : consomm\u00e9e le soir, cette pr\u00e9paration<strong> peut retarder l\u2019endormissement.<\/strong> Vous trouverez du romarin en pharmacie, magasin bio ou en herboristerie.
