La camomille, l\u2019oranger et le tilleul sont en effet largement recommand\u00e9s en cas de troubles du sommeil. Il est vrai que <strong>depuis l\u2019Antiquit\u00e9, cette plante est largement consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme un doux relaxant.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000;\">La camomille poss\u00e8de notamment <strong>une action antispasmodique\u00a0digestive.<\/strong> Alors si vous peinez \u00e0 trouver le sommeil, une petite infusion\u00a0de cette plante sera id\u00e9ale. Vous pouvez \u00e9videmment la concocter vous-m\u00eame en pla\u00e7ant une dizaine de t\u00eates de camomille\u00a0s\u00e9ch\u00e9e dans 20 cl d\u2019eau bouillante.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\"><strong>Autre plante reconnue \u00e0 juste titre : le tilleul.<\/strong> En fait, <strong>ses inflorescences\u00a0renferment des polyph\u00e9nols\u00a0<\/strong>et une petite quantit\u00e9 d\u2019huile essentielle\u00a0dont certains constituants (notamment<strong> le fars\u00e9nol<\/strong>) ont une <strong>action s\u00e9dative.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400; color: #000000;\">L\u00e0 encore, <strong>une tisane sera votre meilleure alli\u00e9e.<\/strong> Jetez 500 g de fleurs de tilleul dans une eau fr\u00e9missante.
