style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Une \u00e9tude des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de jus de fruits par l&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Glasgow, au Royaume-Uni, a montr\u00e9 que <strong>le jus de raisin noir contenait une gamme tr\u00e8s vaste de polyph\u00e9nols et d&rsquo;antioxydants.<\/strong> Le r\u00f4le des <strong>antioxydants serait b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la pr\u00e9vention de maladies telles que le cancer et les maladies coronariennes. <\/strong><\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que les<strong> jus de canneberge et de pomme non filtr\u00e9s<\/strong> poss\u00e8dent des niveaux \u00e9lev\u00e9s d&rsquo;antioxydants, mais ces niveaux varient \u00absensiblement\u00bb parmi les jus \u00e9tudi\u00e9s. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>\u00abTous les jus de fruits n&rsquo;ont pas les m\u00eames vertus\u00bb<\/strong>, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Alan Crozier, professeur de biochimie v\u00e9g\u00e9tale et de nutrition humaine \u00e0 la t\u00eate de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00abCompl\u00e9ter un r\u00e9gime sain par <strong>une consommation r\u00e9guli\u00e8re d&rsquo;une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de jus de fruits tels que jus de raisin noir, jus de pamplemousse, jus de pomme ou jus de canneberge<\/strong> augmentera, sans changements di\u00e9t\u00e9tiques majeurs, la prise d&rsquo;<strong>antioxydants ph\u00e9noliques<\/strong> par le consommateur des points de vue qualitatif mais \u00e9galement quantitatif\u00bb, a-t-il ajout\u00e9. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tude, publi\u00e9e dans le Journal de l&rsquo;agriculture et de la chimie alimentaire, a \u00e9tudi\u00e9<strong> les jus de pomme non filtr\u00e9s, de grenade, de canneberge, de pamplemousse, de pomme filtr\u00e9s, d&rsquo;ananas, d&rsquo;orange, de tomate, de raisin noir et de raisin blanc. <\/strong><\/span><strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;Universit\u00e9 de Glasgow a r\u00e9cemment publi\u00e9 les trouvailles du projet Kame des \u00c9tats-Unis, qui associent la consommation de jus de fruit \u00e0 long terme \u00e0 un risque r\u00e9duit de d\u00e9veloppement de la <strong>maladie d&rsquo;Alzheimer.<\/strong> <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">L&rsquo;\u00e9tude a \u00e9galement montr\u00e9 que le nombre et le niveau de composants
