Il souligne que si l&rsquo;Agence europ\u00e9enne de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 alimentaire pr\u00e9conise de doubler la prise d&rsquo;acides gras de type om\u00e9ga-3 dans le r\u00e9gime alimentaire des populations d&rsquo;Europe de l&rsquo;Ouest, il est <strong>difficile d&rsquo;en absorber suffisamment via l&rsquo;alimentation traditionnelle.<\/strong>\u00ab\u00a0Notre \u00e9tude sugg\u00e8re qu&rsquo;opter pour le bio permettrait dans une certaine mesure d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer la prise de ces substances nutritives essentielles\u00a0\u00bb, ajoute le <strong>Pr Seal<\/strong>.
