Pour la plupart d\u2019entre eux, cette industrie est au c\u0153ur de leur \u00e9conomie. De plus, en raison du r\u00e9chauffement climatique, <strong>les zones propices \u00e0 la culture du caf\u00e9 pourraient se r\u00e9duire de moiti\u00e9 d\u2019ici 2050<\/strong>, poussant la production \u00e0 s\u2019\u00e9loigner de l\u2019\u00e9quateur.<\/p>\n<div class=\"stat-chiffre-cg\">\n<div class=\"description-cg\"><strong>La production mondiale de caf\u00e9 s\u2019\u00e9l\u00e8ve \u00e0 7,386 millions de tonnes par an, soit 234 kilos de caf\u00e9 toutes les secondes.<\/strong><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Des cons\u00e9quences \u00e9galement sur la nature et les for\u00eats : Ce qui ne serait pas sans cons\u00e9quence pour la conservation de la nature et de la for\u00eat. En outre, <strong>la hausse des temp\u00e9ratures favorise la prolif\u00e9ration de champignons qui d\u00e9truisent les cultures.<\/strong> \u00ab De plus en plus de ph\u00e9nom\u00e8nes m\u00e9t\u00e9orologiques extr\u00eames dans les principales r\u00e9gions productrices de caf\u00e9 semblent sur le point de cr\u00e9er des p\u00e9nuries d\u2019approvisionnement, et des conditions plus chaudes vont alt\u00e9rer la saveur et de l\u2019ar\u00f4me, peut-on lire dans le rapport. M\u00eame le caf\u00e9 instantan\u00e9 est susceptible d\u2019\u00eatre durement touch\u00e9 dans un monde o\u00f9 <strong>la temp\u00e9rature globale a augment\u00e9 de 3\u00b0C ou plus<\/strong>\u00a0\u00bb.
